Refund policy

We offer a refund within 14 days of the day you receive your item, provided that the item has not been used and is in its original condition.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must not be damaged or used and must be returned in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for any costs associated with the return. We do not refund shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shoptiebreak@gmail.com saying you want to initiate a return and providing us with your order number, and we provide you with a trackingnumber as soon as possible.
